Once you have booked your participating vacation home with us, VayKLife will send you an email with a link to view the available beach gear you can rent. Select the items you want and they will deliver your gear directly at your rental home, and pick-up on the day you depart! (delivery fee may apply)

VayKLife has partnered with Seaside Vacations to provide an incredible added amenity to your upcoming vacation. This exciting program gives you BEACH GEAR CREDIT that may be used to rent popular, top-quality beach gear items like bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, corn hole, beach carts, skim and boogie boards and more!
Select the items you want at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date and we’ll deliver everything for you on the day you are scheduled to check-in and pick everything up on your scheduled check-out day (delivery fee may apply). Just leave your gear clean and where you found it the night before your check-out day (gear pickups start at 6 AM ET), we’ll take care of the rest.

As a guest of a participating home with St Simons Island Beach Rentals, you will receive the following beach gear credits:

Check your email. You will receive an email from VayKLife in advance of your stay with a custom link to use your Beach Gear Credit.
You can place your order up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date without incurring a late fee. Your credit/discount expires at 4 PM ET the day after your scheduled check-in date.
Gear is subject to availability and delivery or late fees may apply, so we recommend ordering as soon as you receive your welcome email from VayKLife.
Yes! Not only does VayKLife deliver to your rental property, but they pick it up too! No more lugging bulky gear with you. They’ve got you covered! (a delivery fee may apply)

Nope. VayKLife will drop your gear off and pick it up. They will send you a text message when your gear has been delivered.
Yes! “Gear Damage Protection” is just 8.9% of your gear order and is automatically selected for you at checkout.
No, but VayKLife will keep a credit card on file for any damaged or lost gear.
Yes. Although, orders placed after 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date are subject to a late fee. All orders placed before 2 PM ET the day before check-in will be delivered the next day. If your order is placed after 2 PM ET your gear will be delivered the following day.
No problem! You can make changes up to 4 PM the day after your scheduled check-in date. Please note: Selection changes made up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date are free of charge. Selection changes made after 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date are subject to availability, a late fee and delivery will be made on the next scheduled delivery day.
There is a $25 delivery fee for all orders. If orders exceed $60 over the amount of your credit, then the delivery fee is waived and delivery is FREE!
Yes! Our VayKLife program partnership was launched in January 2024. Any reservations made prior to will receive a credit from VayKLife. The leaseholder will receive an email from VayKLife with the discount offer.
Yes – you need to be staying with us for a minimum of 3 nights to qualify for a beach gear credit.
